Services

Five ways a parcel can move.

Each service level changes how a shipment is routed, how often it is scanned and what proof is captured on delivery. Transit windows are typical ranges for the demo network, not guarantees.

  • 01

    Express Delivery

Priority handling on the fastest routing available.

Express parcels are sorted ahead of standard volume at every facility and move on the first available trunk leg. Scans are more frequent, so the tracking timeline updates several times a day rather than once.

    Ideal for

    • Time-sensitive replacement parts
    • Clinical and laboratory samples
    • High-value retail orders
    Typical transit
    1–2 working days
    Scan frequency
    Every facility touch
    Weight ceiling
Up to 32 kg per piece
    Proof of delivery
    Signature captured
    Track an express shipment
  • 02

    Standard Delivery

The default network service for everyday volume.

Standard shipments consolidate through the regional hubs, which keeps cost down and capacity predictable. Most volume in the demo dataset moves on this service.

    Ideal for

    • Ecommerce fulfilment
    • Replenishment to retail locations
    • General business-to-business parcels
    Typical transit
    2–4 working days
    Scan frequency
    Facility arrival and departure
    Weight ceiling
Up to 32 kg per piece

    Track a standard shipment
  • 03

    Same-Day

Point-to-point within a single metro area.

Same-day work stays inside one region and skips the trunk network entirely: collected, sorted at the local depot, and out on a delivery round the same afternoon.

    Ideal for

    • Urgent documents between offices
    • Pharmacy and dispensary transfers
    • Studio and production deliveries
    Typical transit
    Same working day

    Metro region only

    Track a same-day shipment
  • 04

    Freight

    Palletised and oversized consignments.

Freight moves on scheduled trunk departures with tail-lift delivery and booked-in slots. Customs documentation is handled at the Draymouth gateway for international lanes.

    Ideal for

    • Plant and machinery parts
    • Bulk stock movements
    • Cross-border consignments
    Typical transit
    3–6 working days
    Unit
    Pallets, crates and oversized items
    Weight ceiling
Up to 1,200 kg per consignment
    Proof of delivery
    Signature and condition report
    Track a freight consignment
  • 05

    Returns

Reverse logistics back to the shipper.

Returns are collected from the recipient and routed to a nominated returns hub rather than a delivery address. Condition is recorded on arrival so the shipper can triage before the parcel is opened.

    Ideal for

    • Ecommerce returns programmes
    • Warranty and repair intake
    • Reusable packaging recovery
    Typical transit
    2–4 working days
    Collection
    From the recipient's address
    Destination
    Nominated returns hub
    Proof of delivery
    Condition recorded on receipt
    Track a return
